Before joining United Professional Benefits, MaryAllyn Baeslack ran her own employee benefits agency. That chapter of her career gave her a perspective most people in her position simply do not have. She knows what it takes to build something, keep it running, and hold every detail accountable. Thirty years in this industry will do that.
In her role as Vice President, MaryAllyn oversees the financial operations of the firm. Accounts payable and receivable, payroll, commission tracking. She manages the figures and processes that allow everyone else to do their work with confidence. Organized, precise, and professionally exacting, she treats accuracy not as a standard to meet but as a baseline to exceed.
There is also something worth noting about where she lands. Her son Zachary Allen is a partner at the firm, and so is her daughter Samantha Robbins. For MaryAllyn, this work carries a dimension that goes beyond the professional. She is not just contributing to a business she believes in; she is helping build something that belongs, in part, to her family.
When she steps away from the office, she can be found on the golf course, deep in a good book, working on a crochet project, or with her grandchildren nearby.
