Kristin Proven

Kristin joined United Professional Benefits as an Account Manager, bringing previous experience in the employee benefits industry along with several years of nonprofit leadership and development.

During her time in the nonprofit world, Kristin’s work included fundraising, marketing campaigns, event management, and community partnerships, giving her the opportunity to work closely with businesses and organizations throughout Northern New York. Building relationships and connecting with people has been a common thread throughout her career, and she brings that experience with her to UPB.

In her role as Account Manager, Kristin enjoys working directly with clients and helping make the benefits process a little easier to navigate. She values being approachable, responsive, and a resource clients know they can count on.

Born and raised in Northern New York, Kristin is proud to call the area home. Outside of work, you’ll most likely find her spending time with her daughter, enjoying time with family and friends, catching a sunset on the lake, or finding another reason to be involved in her community.
