Katelyn VanBrocklin

Kate VanBrocklin is the person clients call when something needs to get done. As Account Executive at United Professional Benefits, she manages group renewals, coordinates across carriers, HR teams, and third-party administrators, and serves as the steady point of contact her clients count on to keep things moving. She came to this role by way of North Country Orthopedic Group, where she developed the customer service instincts and problem-solving discipline that now define how she works.

What her clients notice most is her honesty. She does not dress up difficult answers or leave people waiting on follow-through. That directness, paired with a natural ability to connect with people, is what makes her effective in a role where relationships are everything.

Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts from SUNY Empire State College and two Associate of Science degrees from SUNY Jefferson Community College. She is also a licensed Producer for Life, Accident and Health in New York State, credentials she earned while building a professional foundation grounded in both knowledge and accountability.

She grew up in Henderson, NY, raised by a family that treated hard work as a given and ambition as a virtue. That upbringing left a mark. Today she lives in Carthage, NY, and spends her time outside of work reading, crocheting, walking, and recharging with family and a reliably good cup of coffee.
