Brennon supports the firm's managing partners across a broad range of operational responsibilities, from new account implementation and renewal management to ACA and CAA compliance. He is the steady presence behind the scenes that allows client relationships to move forward without friction.

The part of his work he finds most rewarding is also the most practical: relieving employers of the administrative weight that comes with managing a benefits program. When business owners spend less time untangling enrollment logistics and more time running their companies, that is a result worth showing up for.

Born and raised in Northern New York, Brennon still calls the region home. Outside of work, he is an avid reader.
