For Andrew Marks, that experience has translated into a straightforward professional philosophy: find the most cost-effective plan for each client, then make sure they fully understand what they have.

Andrew works with businesses of all sizes, guiding them through plan selection, open enrollment, and the day-to-day realities of managing employee benefits. Claims, billing, roster updates — he remains an accessible resource well beyond the initial enrollment process. His clients don't have to figure things out alone, and that continuity matters.

What Andrew finds most rewarding is the moment a client shifts from uncertainty to clarity. Benefits are often misunderstood, and he takes genuine satisfaction in bridging that gap. Listening closely is at the core of how he works — understanding what a business truly needs before recommending a path forward.

He holds an Associate's Degree from SUNY Jefferson and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics from SUNY Potsdam, a field he pursued because of a longstanding interest in how financial decisions shape real outcomes for real people.

A Fort Knox, Kentucky native, Andrew has spent more than 40 years in New York's North Country and currently calls Watertown home.
